Generally when I work with a customer on a special design the process is like this:

  1. Customer contacts me and makes a request.
  2. I get back to the customer and let them know if I can do it, and estimate time to completion.
  3. If I can accommodate the request, I will work with the customer to iron out the design details and offer a price for the work.
  4. If necessary, the customer ships me the pattern object.
  5. I create the product and post pictures online for the customer to review.
  6. If the customer approves of the finished product, I take payment and send everything to the customer.

If you do not use PayPal, contact me and I may also accept approved money orders or cashiers checks by arrangement.

Pricing

Posted prices for items available by immediate purchase online include United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail shipping to United States addresses, or the cheapest USPS international shipping available.

Washington state residents will be charged sales tax where necessary.
